I’ve been consulting since 2006, which was a pretty good time to start, as that is when many feel the Internet started to get really interesting, and terms like ‘web 2.0′ and ’social networking’ started to get buzzworthy.

During my time working with content and media companies, as this new media wave started to grow, I headed up some pretty awesome campaigns.  I also was part of campaigns that would now be laughably redundant, which is also good for helping me advise my clients against a few things to avoid wasting money on.

All things considered, I’ve always had clients I admire, both in terms of the work they have done before my projects, and the things we learnt together. Namely, Warner Home Video, Live Nation, Paramount, Motorola, Orange and countless others, all took time to teach me about their businesses, as I shared what I knew about trends affecting theirs.  I have been lucky enough to recieve advice from CEO’s and Directors at Facebook, Sky, Wordpress and countless other big media names.  All of this has been invaluable in helping me interpret the needs of my current clients, such as Dow Jones, Accenture, Royal Bank of Scotland and others.
